Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Any additional fees or expenses incurred during the provision of services will be communicated to the client and must be paid in full upon completion of the work.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Bright Holidays will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the use or inability to use our services.
  • We are not responsible for any damages to property or belongings during the provision of services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Warranty

  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
